Source data is extracted from Teradata and delivered as PSV files to the Azure Edge Node. These files are then loaded into Azure Databricks through the Unity Catalog. After ingestion, the data is cleaned and standardized in the Silver layer based on the required transformation logic. The refined data is then transformed into the Gold layer in JSON format. All extracts are validated and shared with downstream systems following the Medallion Architecture. Throughout the entire process, error logs and audit logs are captured for monitoring and accountability. Key Responsibilities:* Designed and Developed Notebooks for the Data Ingestion in bronze layer,silver layer and gold layers.Designed and developed an audit log entry and alerting system to alert the bronze process if the process is not received in the expected schema, file duplicate check and also on the file validation level.As a part of transformation, fields like Provider Information, Patient condition detail related fields are rolled out to Json layout.Gold Layer prepares the Json Extract apart and there by updating the gold table. And the Json extract is pushed into the Downstream location from where the JSON file will be picked by the Downstream system.
