Global Epidemiology & Real-World Evidence (RWE) strategy Lead across multiple oncology assets (HNSCC, NSCLC, GBM), integrating evidence generation into clinical, regulatory, and commercial decision-making•Spearhead development and oversight of integrated RWE generation plans, leveraging data gap analyses, stakeholder insights, and innovative methodological approaches, including external control arms, trial emulation, and causal inference•Oversee end-to-end execution of high-impact epidemiology/RWE studies, ensuring scientific rigor, fit-for-purpose design, and timely delivery for global regulatory, access, and clinical development use cases•Provide strategic and technical leadership on study protocols, statistical analysis plans, safety signal evaluations, and regulatory document contributions•Drive cross-functional, cross-regional collaboration to identify strategic RWE opportunities aligned with evolving regulatory requirements (e.g, FDA, EMA) and payer needs•Champion innovation in evidence generation processes and play an active role in developing internal SOPs, best practices, and training initiatives for global integrated evidence•Serve as key methodological advisor and matrix leader across cross-functional development teams and governance bodies, influencing early-phase decision-making (e.g, go/no-go) through advanced RWE integrating frameworks•Evaluate global data ecosystems (US, EU, Asia-Pacific) for fitness-for-purpose, guiding real-world data selection strategies supporting oncology portfolio needs.•Mentor and coach junior epidemiologists and cross-functional colleagues, fostering talent development and enhancing functional capabilities across the organization
