I am a Business Intelligence Analyst at Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada (VLRC), a national organization that provides rehabilitation services to Canadians who are blind or partially sighted. I have over six years of experience in data analysis, migration, and reporting, and I hold certifications in Advance Excel VBA and Salesforce CRM Analytics.My core competencies include designing and developing live analytical dashboards, presenting KPI reports, trend analysis reports, and variance reports, and delivering ad hoc and scheduled reports across the country. I use Excel VBA, SQL Server Integration Services, and multiple BI tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce, to provide data insights and solutions to senior management and regional directors, enabling them to make effective decisions and improve performance.
