Skilled at preparing project documents, Techno commercial Proposals, meeting client requirements, implementing project procedures, and making sure the project is completed on time and within budget. Specialized in RFQ and evaluations of techno- commercial offers for major electrical equipment; commercial negotiations and making technical recommendation post award. Proficient in providing inputs to de-sign consultants and vendors for an optimum acceptable design to complete entire design engineering process in minimum possible time and cost.
