In the Network team we try to achieve the same for our customers, partners, and employees. Network team focusing on creating a more efficient and secure environment for all parts of N26 corporate network. Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of Network Engineers responsible for all design, deployment, and operational aspects N26 corporate network - Maintain keen oversight of the performance, reliability, and operations of the global network, using innovation and automation to achieve these goals- Evaluate, evolve, implement, automate, and oversee operational processes- Participating in organization workflows, helping other teams to achieve goals using network services and tools- Develop and manage a prioritized book of work, in collaboration with the organization’s management and internal stakeholders - Drive technical projects and take responsibility for the overall planning, execution and success of complex initiatives- Build, structure, focus, develop, and mentor a team of motivated individuals- Maintain and continually improve network security on Layer 1-7, ensuring the Network Engineering organization is adhering to security best practices and principles- Participating in recruiting strategy, process and interviews for the network team
