ABOUT MOHSEN HASSANIE
Concept study for HVAC, refrigeration and other utility systems. Preparing preliminary concept and preliminary reports and estimations based on energy prices and long term building usages. Fitting the Project with energy conservative and sustainable solutions (Renewables, CHP, Heat recovery, free cooling). Detail designing of Building Mechanical services, documentation, estimation, construction supervision for clean rooms, commercial, residential, Pharmaceutical, educational, medium & high rise and office buildings including Drainage, domestic water, CHW and HW piping, Hydraulic design of sprinkler system, air conditioning systems and equipment sizing & layout, system balance, flow diagram etc. Site supervision and construction management. Generating multi-view as-built drawings of existing HVAC Equipment sizing and layout of chillers, condensing boilers, AHUs, rooftops, pumps, heat-pumps etc. Preparing the necessary technical reports and tender documents. Providing Technical Support and Consultancy for Mechanical installations. Project presentation to client at concept, preliminary and final stages. Proficiency with International Building Codes and Standards, including ASHRAE, International Plumbing Code, NFPA, DIN 1946, VDI 6022 and CARRIER handbook. Worked under pressure and tight deadlines to achieve goals and project turn-ins. Worked cross functionally with sales, drafting and installation teams to ensure clients\' needs and internal deadlines are met.
