About Mohsen Alawi

The need to embrace customer success mindset helps clients achieve business outcomes and derive more value from their investment. My current role is between cracking complex cases, educating customers, and mentoring my flow peers to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the F5 success. I work on F5\'s BIG-IP products, including Local Traffic Manager (LTM), Application Security Manager, and other complex modules (iRule, SSLO, REST API, and ANSIBLE). I am also part of the F5 Security and Incident Response Team (SIRT) as a specialist II. I help customers with a high sense of urgency to utilize the available resources to mitigate an ongoing security issue/attack. I am F5 Certified Technology Specialist when it comes to the BIGIP LTM and ASM products. In addition to this, I\'m GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), this certification issued by Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC).
