Managing Disposition of Production hold and non-conforming discrepant material at ETEST-Design, maintain, and utilize Statistical process control charts to monitor and analyze manufacturing data, Identifying trends and Implementing necessary process adjustments- Key member of PCRB (Process Change Review board) for Scrap reduction and CpK improvement (Worked on SiGe inline thickness change to reduce Bipolar failure related scraps & improve Bipolar parameter CpK & Contact CD change to improve CpK of backend parameters). Scrap limit change CRB based on 6 Sigma criteria- Hands-on experience in Tool commonality analysis based on ANOVA methodology, Pearson correlation coefficient, Defect/ Probe (wafer sort) overlay analysis, Lot segmentation/Log tagging to narrow down the defect causing tools, Slot commonality based on sleuthing data, Defect disposition based on %Defect density and defect critically criteria, Follow-up with various process modules for CDD reduction. Testing and Implementation of AI driven auto defect classification models- Experience in Wafer Sort Bin failure analysis, correlation analysis with PT/Electrical test parameters, Inline CD/ Overlay and Defect data for driving the yield(D0) improvement to ensure optimal product quality and reliability.

Electrical engineer with sound technical knowledge, graduated from vishwakarma government engineering college, Ahmedabad.CURRENTLY working in MAXIM INTEGRATED as a YIELD ENGINEER -1 ( PRODUCT ENGINEER) for PT ( Parametric testing and inline) since 1st feb 2021.I Started my career with a CORE ELECTRICAL COMPANY, POLYCAB INDIA LTD. as a graduate engineer trainee, which is ASIA\'S LARGEST CABLE & WIRE MANUFACTURER.I have also worked in manufacturing plants of POLYCAB such as cables, wires, switchgear, LED lighting, fans, situated across INDIA.I am also very much interested to work in maintenance department, production department, design department, QA QC department or any other technical department.
