As the founder and CEO of Leaders for India Organization (LIO), I lead a business accelerator and HNI investment platform that funds and supports dynamic entrepreneurs who want to make a difference through their innovations. I have over 8 years of experience in strategy, entrepreneurship, and global manufacturing operations, with an MBA from IE Business School and a bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.My core competencies include analytical skills, teamwork, market research, and customer satisfaction. I am passionate about building a strong community of leaders from diverse backgrounds and domains, and leveraging synergies to quickly infuse cash into business opportunities and companies. At LIO, we have also created a Mobile App to drive investments and event schedules, and curated recreational activities and benefits to improve member engagement. Since its inception in June 2022, LIO has over 118+ HNI members and deals completed to the tune of over 45+ crores.
