Built Task OLA as a feature to track SLA for task created under ticket. Building a contextual collaboration feature where Team\'s users(not need to be agent in the system) can collaborate & discuss on a raised ticket in their own collaboration tool(Ms-Teams for now) Using rails, mysql, document db, karios scheduler and various other technology & gem as dependencies in our project.
