Utilizing PLC, HMI, and SCADA knowledge to manage process automation and support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new tools and processes, including compiling validation packages and revising related documents.• Analyze manufacturing processes for improvement opportunities, develop and implement new processes to enhance efficiency and reduce scrap, and conduct root cause analysis to address issues and implement corrective actions.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes smoothly, monitor process parameters for quality consistency, and design and execute experiments to validate process changes.• Develop comprehensive process documentation, including specifications, flows, PFMEAs, and control plans, while conducting engineering studies and analyzing data using DOE, SPC, and other quality tools to meet customer requirements.• Apply GD & T to review and interpret part designs for quality assurance, use inspection equipment for production validation and gauge development, and lead validation protocols for equipment qualifications and requalification’s.• Compile data from control systems, generate qualification reports, and perform technical reviews, while assisting with investigations, change controls, and drafting new protocols for existing systems.• Train and support production staff on new and revised processes and prepare and maintain documentation for process development and changes, including reviewing work orders for validation impact.
