As a Key Accounts Manager at Zomato India, I use my expertise in business development, account analysis, and sales strategy to oversee and expand the relationships with important customers in the online meal delivery sector. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide value-added solutions that satisfy the goals and demands of clients while boosting Zomato\'s revenue and retaining clients.I worked at TsquaredC, a customer success platform that helps companies improve customer experiences and boost retention, as a software engineer before I joined Zomato. There, I used Java and other technologies to create and test desktop and mobile software features and apps. Apart from this, I also worked with the customer success team to offer technical support and feedback to the clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. I have acquired a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fatima Michael College of Engineering and Technology, Madurai. Where I learned the fundamentals of engineering design, mechanics, thermodynamics, and manufacturing. I also participated in several projects and competitions that challenged me to apply my engineering knowledge and skills to real-world problems and scenarios.I am passionate in learning new skills and technologies, and exploring new opportunities to grow professionally and personally. I am motivated by the impact that I can make through my work, and the value that I can create for my clients, my company, and myself. I am looking for a position that will allow me to leverage my engineering background, sales expertise, and customer success experience, and to contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative organization.
