On a personal purpose of remaining an independent individual owning my perspective and to build myself in a manner that helps people around me and have a positive impact on people, organizations and society as a whole. My name is Mohit, I\'m a spontaneous thinker, connecting the dots that sometimes make some sense. I like to laugh all the time - Yes that\'s not easy to like laughing all the time, it has its own challenges, But I like to also overcome every single challenge that comes along and laugh again. I value generous listening and maintaining all sorts of balance (Polaritites). I\'m directly / indirectly involved in recruiting since 2011. I do recruit with passion, and came across so many unbelievable stories- about people who were looking for \"a job\". The staffing industry gave me an opportunity to learn, understand and experience people from around the globe, cultures from different countries & unique values. It has helped me improve my listening skills, observation skills, presentation skills, and communication skills. I love to work with people who have passion & enthusiasm for what they do. I really enjoy working with those who look for a bigger picture and their work helps others. My interests are Stewardship, Servant leadership, and developing such a workplace where work is played - & fun.
