I actively track portfolio performance and leverage alternative data sources such as social scores, SDK insights, and purchase patterns to enhance credit approval decisions.• I ensure full compliance with RBI-mandated KYC guidelines by managing vendor selection, system integration, and deployment of digital KYC solutions like CKYC, Video KYC, Aadhaar-based KYC, and biometric authentication. I also apply AI/ML techniques, including fuzzy logic and OCR, to improve accuracy and efficiency in customer verification.
