I am presently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resource Management (MBA-HR) at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar.Following graduation, I devoted several years to preparing for the Indian Civil Services Examination and successfully qualified for the Mains stage on two occasions. This intellectually rigorous journey instilled in me a high level of discipline, analytical acumen, and a deep appreciation for public systems, ethics, and people-oriented decision-making.These formative experiences have significantly influenced my transition into the domain of Human Resources. I am now cultivating expertise in HR Analytics, Talent Management, Employment Law, and Organisational Behaviour, with a particular interest in applying strategic and data-driven approaches to people management.I am eager to explore opportunities in HR and business functions where I can combine my technical foundation, behavioural insight, and commitment to continuous learning.
