I’m someone who enjoys solving problems with data and building systems that make work easier, faster, and more meaningful. Currently pursuing my B.Tech in Biotechnology at NIT Warangal, I’ve found my space at the intersection of analytics, operations, and leadership where structured thinking meets real-world execution.As a Operations Manager at the Centre for Innovation & Incubation, I work with early-stage startups and help streamline their processes. I’ve built SOPs, performance dashboards, and resource workflows for a 50-member team improving execution efficiency across more than 30 events and boosting research-to-product outcomes. Working with partners like Salesforce, Mahindra, and T-HUB has also given me strong exposure to vendor management and procurement.Parallelly, I lead the Literary & Debating Club as General Secretary, where I love bringing people together through events, festivals, and conversations.
