Working at Candor Tech Space Portfolio (Brookfield Properties)Leading site operations with significant leadership role overseeing a diverse range of security and operational functions at a large 28 acre complex. Managing a team of 340 + personnel across various sectors such as the Wellbeing Centre, Ambulance, Stack Parking, and Security Administration in a campus with 11 commercial towers and 17 blocks must come with a wide array of responsibilities. My focus is on ensuring safety and operational efficiency across such a vast space as mentioned below-Team Management and Leadership: Overseeing a large team of security staff and other departments while ensuring coordination and smooth functioning across all services.Campus Safety & Security Operations: Ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and corporate offices, while also managing risk and handling security incidents effectively.Wellbeing and Emergency Services: Managing the Wellbeing Centre and Ambulance services for employee and visitor health and safety.Parking and Logistics: Overseeing stack parking operations to ensure smooth vehicle management and the safe movement of people and goods across the campus.Stakeholder Coordination: Interfacing with various MNCs and corporate clients to ensure their specific security and operational needs are met.
