I am responsible to manage all elements of the Cold Chain in respective Cluster assigned, these would include freezer cabinet operation management, distribution units and cold rooms.Background:Maharashtra Cluster is a rapidly growing market for Kwality Walls. It has a commercial refrigeration base of next generation technology platform hydrocarbon refrigerant freezers and cabinets using secondary cooling eutectic passive materials. The geographical spread and economic progress offers promising business growth. It’s an exciting and challenging role.Key DeliverablesThe Refrigeration Officer will be responsible for the Maharashtra cluster, based out of Pune.The key deliverables are-• Assist business growth by providing Cluster refrigeration and technical support.• Ensure asset management is in line with processes and guidelines. • Deliver asset assurance scan pass compliance.• Deliver Asset movement targets for placements, withdrawals, replacements, breakdowns and inter depot transfers.• Ensure QA, cold chain and R&M KPI are delivered viz;• Temperature Compliance.• Perfect Quality• RSQMS• Complaint Response times – Attended time and closed time.• Uptime of AssetsDecision making areas • Budget control of the Cluster for repairs & maintenance, logistics, depots.• Franchisee identification.• Customer service Area and coverage – Looking after Overall of Maharashtra Excluding Mumbai City Cluster Name – Rest of MaharashtraRoles & Responsibilities-Ensure freezer cabinet (Commercial Refrigeration) upkeep and customer service in the cluster-• Ensure compliance to processes.• Ensure timely placement of asset in the market. Control transportation costs.• Ensure safe storage and handling of assets and safety of service personnel working in the depot and market.• Service Provider identification• Responsibility of repairs and maintenance activity and uptime of assets.• Implement Unilever systems in operations and safety.• Regular market visits
