Pursuing CFA & cleared CFA Level II in 2018 & currently I am a CFA Level Candidate in 2022. Presently working as Valuations Senior Associate (Offshoring) at BDO Rise Private Limited in Bengaluru. Role involves detailed business valuations of investments made by Private Equity & Venture Capital funds in US private companies. Well versed with all sorts of valuation & allocation concepts and terminologies, M&A valuations, Carta platform, ASC 820 and 409A Valuations, Financial modelling, S&P Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Crunchbase and other related financial softwares. Before joining BDO USA LLP, I worked as an Alternate Channel Executive at Narnolia Financial Advisors Limited in Mumbai and was involved into managing PAN India Business partners. Role included explaining research reports on markets and specific sectors & stocks and complex financial terminologies to Business partners and their clients. Have done research on capital markets during this time period and also have knowledge on financial models and continue to focus on learning more about them and applying practically.
