ABOUT MOHIT SRIVASTAVA

I Mohit Srivastava having total 15+ year experience, I am currently working as an operations manager and leading 4 South AMXL fulfillment centers in Hyderabad total Sq. ft all are single boxes. My team consist of 14 direct reporters and 550+ indirect 3pl employees. My associations with MAHINDRA started in 2016, I joined as Deputy Manager Ghaziabad. During my 3 years tenure I use to take care of all warehouse operations. Later I was transferred to Hyderabad location in 2019 the site consists of Sq ft. I used to take care of the completed operations in the warehouse, handling the manpower and planning out all the warehouse activities concerning customer objectives and targets. Driving continuous improvement planes to meet productivity targets and maintaining high standards of material handling. I have got an opportunity to launch a new AMXL site in Hyderabad and closer to the old building where we had moved from Sq Ft to The site performed with zero IRDR (Inventory Record Defect Rate) and zero inventory losses during the operations and transition from the old building to the new building. We close the site 10 days before the date which was given by the customer. I have been recognized by the MLL-Vice President and Head of E-comm for shipping the highest volume in India. We have shipped 60K+ smiles to our Indian customers in Amazon great Indian sale 2020 with 100% outbound CPT and 100% FC dock CPT. My site Stood 1st in PAN Indian compared to all MLL FC in India and achieved Platinum Award for Operations Excellence Annual Award FY20 I have been promoted as Operations Manager later I have been concentrated on inventory health and divided my team in all operations and cross-trained them in all functions and saved the cost up to 25 Lakhs by reducing the manpower. As the business is growing, I had got another opportunity to Open another Site and we had successfully launched another in a single box. At present, it is In 2021 from both the building we had shipped 100K+ smiles to our Indian customer in Amazon great India sale with 100% outbound CPT and 99.9% FC dock CPT
