Preparation of DPR, RFP, Estimating and Costing, BOQ preparation, Bill preparation, Rate analysis, checking and preparation of Variation, Site supervision, execution according to GFC Drawing, submitting MPR report etc.• Create a detailed RFP document outlining the project scope, objectives, and requirements, Identify potential vendors or service providers. Issue the RFP document to selected vendors. Vendors submit their proposals in response to the RFP, evaluate proposals based on criteria such as technical merit, cost, and experience.• Assistance in overall construction management, quality assurance and administration of the contracts under the project;• Understanding the project by reading Bid Documents, Technical Specifications, General Conditions of Contract and Bid drawings.• Ensuring quality of works at site, for layout, execution, safety, quality control and measurement, etc.• Review and revise the DPR based on feedback from stakeholders.• Finalize and obtain approval for the DPR from Tech. Committee authorities.• Create a detailed RFP document outlining the project scope, objectives, and requirements, Identify potential vendors or service providers. Issue the RFP document to selected vendors. Vendors submit their proposals in response to the RFP, evaluate proposals based on criteria such as technical merit, cost, and experience.
