Developing Standard Cells at 15nm and their Characterization. Gained practical knowledge of Digital Circuit Designing and related issues by simulating Logic Gates, Circuit, SRAM using the developed Compact Model of VNW at 15nm Tech. Node-> Good understanding of CMOS and logic design-> Good knowledge on STA concept and Physical design Flow-> Knowledge of Standard Cell Library Development and Characterization-> Hardware Description Language: VERILOG-A, VHDL -> Packages: HSPICE, Origin, Xilinx, Waveview
