Completed some of my major projects on multi layer PCB design, Some of the projects are -Processor DesignDeveloped an 8-layer complex processor PCB with various high-speed interfaces, including HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, Single Pair Ethernet, and MIPI connectors. Ensured optimal signal integrity and power distribution across layers, crucial for high-speed data processing.Thermal CameraDesigned a FLIR-based thermal camera module using an STM microcontroller, configured as a USB device. Managed thermal dissipation and ensured reliable data transfer through USB interfacing for high-precision imaging applications.ESP-based Receiver ModuleEngineered a receiver module using the ESP8285 chip, operating at 2.4 GHz for extended-range wireless communication. Optimized for low power and robust performance in long-distance applications.Flight ControllerCreated a 4-layer high-speed flight controller based on an STM microcontroller, designed for drone applications where rapid data processing and signal stability are essential.Electronic Speed Controller (ESC)Designed a compact, 6-layer 36x36 mm 4-in-1 ESC suitable for nano drones, supporting efficient power distribution and control within a minimal footprint.Global Positioning System (GPS)Developed a GPS module based on the L1/L2 bands, focused on enhancing positioning accuracy and reliability across varied environments.
