This resulted in a 20% reduction in the time-to-fill positions.I also processed payroll for over employees using ERP systems and conducted regular audits to promptly resolve discrepancies. My efforts in developing and executing onboarding programs significantly improved employee retention and engagement. Furthermore, I administered employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and addressing employee queries, which contributed to enhanced overall employee satisfaction.Handling employee relations was a critical aspect of my role.
