I am a results-driven IT professional with a strong background in Information Technology and expertise in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). With over eight years of experience in the field, I have consistently delivered successful projects and contributed to the growth of the organizations I have worked with.In my current role as an SCCM Administrator at Aristocrat Gaming India, I am responsible for managing the SCCM infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. I have successfully upgraded the SCCM site to the latest Current Branch and possess knowledge of migrating to newer versions. Additionally, I have a strong understanding of Microsoft Intune and have created applications, groups, and configuration policies within Intune.My responsibilities also include conducting health checks, troubleshooting SCCM components, handling service requests and incidents, and managing monthly patching campaigns. I am proficient in troubleshooting SCCM clients, creating change requests, and implementing major tasks as per client requirements. I am also well-versed in handling Microsoft vulnerabilities and imparting knowledge to the team regarding environment upgrades.Prior to my current role, I worked as a Support Engineer L2 at Alight Solution on behalf of Mphasis, where I provided IT support to a large user base and worked in a 24/7 environment across multiple applications and processes. I also gained experience as a Desktop Engineer at Digicall Tele Services on behalf of Trimax IT and Infrastructure, and at Dell International Services on behalf of Jyopa connexions.In terms of academic qualifications, I hold a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from SIEM College of Engineering affiliated to UPTU, with a solid academic record. I have also completed my XII from Adarsh Vidya Mandir and X from Saraswati Vidya Mandir, achieving commendable results.As a professional, I am constantly seeking opportunities to upgrade my knowledge and skills.
