In his current role as Senior Manager - AI at EY, he leads several AI Agile PODs for a marquee client (one of the largest and most respected investment management companies in the world). He directs key enterprise-wide AI-enabled transformation initiatives, solving critical business problems through advisory and solutioning that leverages Multi-Agent Systems, Generative AI, Foundation Models, Machine Learning, SDLC, and modern Data & AI strategies. He also focuses on building long-term strategic relationships with major US Financial sector leaders and stakeholders in the wealth & asset management domain.Mohit comes with close to 14 years of expertise in building AI-led digital products, platforms and capabilities across diverse industries for prominent product companies like Philips, Verizon, and Decathlon. He is also the primary inventor of three machine learning patents, actively pursuing a PhD in AI research to propel the efficient quantisation of reasoning language models to run on low-compute devices.In his last role, he led the advanced development team for Personal Healthcare Cluster from Philips Innovation Campus, responsible for driving strategic R&D initiatives that transformed consumer experience through cutting-edge product innovation powered by Agentic AI, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning. He has expanded the core AI team consisting of Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Architects and Product Owners supporting $4 billion Personal Healthcare Group of Philips, leading to forward-looking revenue of $400 Million.His team built out multiple revolutionary end consumer-facing AI solutions such as Smart Parenting Unit for Mother & Child Care business with SenseIQ technology that provides insights into baby\'s sleep, breathing and well-being through an intuitive mobile application.
