I am a Chartered Accountant and CFA Level 2 candidate with more than 14 years of expertise in Statutory Audit, Financial Planning & Analysis, Taxation, Legal Compliance, Treasury, and Business Finance. Currently, I serve as the FP & A and GL Lead for WSP India, overseeing their Middle East operations. Previously, I was a Finance Business Partner at AECOM India, managing approximately 70% of their revenue from Indian operations and handling Statutory/Internal Audit, Budgeting, Bid Assessments, FP & A, Working Capital Management, and Taxation. I have also held the role of Regional Finance Head at L&T and worked as a statutory auditor at Ernst & Young.    Leading and reporting segment wise business for the entire WSP Middle East.• Preparation of Budgets in line to the discussion had with the FBPs and BU Heads.• Ensuring that Pre-Forecast and Forecast activities are completed on time along with the variance analysis.• Monthly analysis of P&L and B/S of all the entities in ME.• Ensuring that provisions made as per monthly DSO report are in line with the WSP Global Policy.• Analysing the monthly P&L and reporting the major variances to CEO/CFO after the post back of revenue.• Advising team in allocating the corporate cost to all the BUs at the time of preparation of the Budget.• Ascertaining that the revenue is properly recognized on a monthly basis in accordance with IFRS 15, ASC 606, and necessary revenue adjustment entries are then passed at the GL level, if required.• Assisting team in the preparation of monthly and quarterly presentations for the management.
