Handling Servicing of Assigned & Securitised portfolios.Pooling of underlying assets for origination of Asset Backed Securities.Preparing and circulating data to rating agencies for procuring rating rationale for Pass Through Certificate Transactions and loss reports of Direct AssignmentsMonitoring due diligence of underlying assets forming part of pool to be securitized.Accounting of Securitization Transactions and Direct Assignment transactions.Making updations in system regarding securitisation transactions, like pool marking/unmarking etcPreparing monthly payout reports to be provided to Bankers, Trustee (SPV) & Rating Agencies.Timely execution of payouts and monitoring pay-ins.Providing RBI disclosure reports to all the investors.Developing reports which included Cash Flow Forecasting, Portfolio Performance Analytics, Yield Analytics, Servicer Collection Analysis.Performing historical asset pool data analytics.Work in close collaboration with top management, Bankers (Investors), and SPVCoordinate with staff at all levels of the organization to ensure smooth and efficient analytical work procedures.
