Hello, this is Mohit Gupta, a 5-year experienced Project Coordinator and Architectural designer, who is passionate about Project planning, Construction Coordination, Progress reporting, Design Development, and Budget Monitoring. I seek opportunities that can help me incorporate my skills of generating innovative ideas, drawing interpretation, Strategic thinking, and my construction Knowledge to not just execute projects fluently but also add value to them. I wear many hats: As a Project Coordinator and team lead, I am proficient in smooth project coordination through efficient team collaboration, Document Management, Project Scheduling and Risk Assessment and meeting desired objectives. Through successful Technical reporting and documentation, stakeholder liaison, and client communication, I ensure smooth and timely delivery of each deliverable of the project even with tight and stringent deadlines. Adding further to this, I also play my part as a conflict resolver in my projects through proper subcontractor management, client communication, meeting facilitation, and compliance coordination in order to assure the quality of the project and resist delays in project execution. I am also proficient in using management software such as Procore, Microsoft Projects, and Microsoft Excel. As an estimator, I pay attention to budget management and proper document review to avoid discrepancies in a project. As a Designer, I am passionate about understanding client’s desires and requirements and further putting into account my problem-solving skills to generate innovative solutions for a successful project design. My skills as a designer make me able to manage a design team of architects and interns to prepare Design presentations including drawings, sketches, floor plans, illustrations, renderings, 3D models, and mock-ups of live projects. Additionally, as a designer, I have also successfully participated in eight architecture design competitions and won five, thus assisting the company in business development, adding projects ranging in value from 250 million to 1.5 billion dollars, and expanding its client base. Furthermore, my skills as a technologist make me capable of paying attention to details in a design and integration of design with shop drawings and specifications of the project. As an architectural technologist, I consider myself proficient in Google Sketchup, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, Autodesk Revit, Basic BIM, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Vray, and Lumion.
