I kicked off my career at Tata Consultancy Services as a System Engineer, working deep in the Apache Hadoop ecosystem. I was analyzing campaigns for a Global Market Research client, turning mountains of raw data into insights that actually shaped business decisions — and that’s where I got hooked.This curiosity led me to pursue an MBA in Information Management from VGSoM, IIT Kharagpur, where I shifted my focus from just data and code to strategy, analytics, and product thinking.Post-MBA, I joined Indegene, where I spearheaded the development of a customized CMS for Pharma clients. We slashed website launch times by 75% and generated an additional $5 million in revenue — a project that really showed me how great product management bridges user experience and business impact.Over time, I’ve built a solid toolkit — Shell Scripting, Hive QL, Python, SQL, and MATLAB — not just as technical skills but as tools that help bring ideas to life.What drives me? A love for solving tough problems, a fascination with economics and finance, and the thrill of building products that make a real difference.
