I’m a Mechanical Design Engineer who grew from hands-on manufacturing and quality into full-cycle product design so I don’t just create CAD models, I deliver designs that are manufacturable, testable, and production-ready.My early experience in quality and precision component work trained me to think in tolerances, surface finish, fitment, inspection planning, and what actually goes wrong on the shop floor. That foundation helped me transition into mechanical design roles where I owned the complete workflow: concept-to-CAD development, detailed drawings, GD & T, tolerance stack-up thinking, and design-for-manufacture decisions that reduce rework and assembly errors.Over time, I’ve built strong capability in structured engineering methods like DFM/DFA, FMEA-style risk thinking, failure analysis, fatigue/endurance validation, and documentation that makes manufacturing and suppliers’ lives easier (BOM discipline, change control, clear drawing notes, and clean handovers).
