The financial sector deals with two types of relationships; this means the lender and borrower have a trusting/reliant relationship. This type of finance requires open communication between both parties to build trust and rapport with one another. This means that to successfully grow, we need to develop and implement a foundation (which includes strong & stable financial systems and a compliant and transparent report structure) for growth. Thus, I am working with a variety of organizations to help them achieve this foundation.In my 7+ years in finance-accounting, I have developed an extensive amount of experience in managing finance from beginning to end (accounting through Financial Statement Audits). I am also able to leverage my technical skills and understanding of a business\'s priorities to provide information and insight for Executive Leadership teams to make informed, confident decisions based on real data.As the Senior Finance Executive at the National Pension System Trust today, I am responsible for managing all operations of finance including Financial Operations (FO), Financial Statement Audits (FSA), Taxation and other forms of Regulator, Compliance and Report Integrity. In addition to the above, I work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, as well as multiple stakeholders across departments, to enhance the development of best practice Internal Controls and create reliable and timely access to financial information.
