Building Repeat SKUs logic with analysis on Sale Velocity, PDP Visits, Sold in TAT data in order to target retailer\'s retention & zero GMV Loss. Built an in-house Operations App from Lot Pickup to Order Delivered flow for bijnis Quick Commerce. Make Post Purchase retailer experience which includes Returns, Refunds, Settlement & Warranty. Integrate Cashfree Payment Gateway to automate refunds & settlements. Developed the bijnis Support module from the ground up, creating a structured system for ticketing, queries, and FAQs, which led to a 20% reduction in turnaround time (TAT). Cut P&L costs by around 55% through the implementation of features including Buyer Segmentation, Pinocde Analysis, QC Checks, GR-NGR, Settlements, and more. Integrated new 3PL partners into our platform, expanding customer reach and contributing to a reduction in freight costs.
