Responsible for the daily inspections of project activities (Earthworks, Secant Piles, Structural Works for the different Nuclear power plant building facilities like Reactor, Outfall, Forebay Shafts, Marine works intake & outfall, Buildings like Pre assembly, warehouse, administration & Fabrication shop along with utilities & misc. works) as per the Work packages and approved CITP tasks, CSA, OPSS, NSSPs, and project specifications. Maintaining daily QA / QC records and preparing daily quality report. • Perform and/or inspect quality control acceptance on water mains, sanitary/storm sewers, Manholes, road resurfacing and reconstruction, grading, concrete, asphalt, electrical and granular.• Addressing non-conformances by developing correction and corrective action plans and conducting root cause analysis as required.• Preparation & implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and coordinate third- party inspection activities.• Document compliance and non-compliance found during the inspection and raise RFIs to the client for proper solutions.• Oversee Non-conformance report and Corrective Action Required (CARs) and rework reporting from field to Quality Manager. • Monitoring & maintaining daily progress, detailed diaries of contractor\'s work, contract progress, and inspection milestones.• Assist in managing, monitoring, and tracking the implementation of the Deficiency management process i.e.(deficiency log).• Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.• Perform thorough inspections of construction materials and equipment, ensuring they meet quality standards.* Reviewing Construction work packages & Constrion Inspection & test plans along with Method statements on aconex.* Assisting construction team with resolving issues, documenting corrective & preventive actions and approvals from Engineer of record and Ontario Power generation.

He holds a Post Graduation in Construction Project Management from Centennial College and graduated with a Distinction in Project Management from Conestoga College. With a B.E. in Civil Engineering and a three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from IndiaAs a team-oriented and self-directed QA/QC Engineer, Mohit possesses personal integrity and professional ethics. He has a positive attitude, focusing on problem-solving rather than merely highlighting issues. Mohit is skilled in managing tasks efficiently and adheres to ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001 QMS & IMS Requirements as a qualified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor approved by IRCA & CQI. He recently qualified with OACETT as a Associate Member and is in progress to achieve the protected titles.He is extremely excited for his current role as a part of SMR-X team Nuclear Division of Aecon Group Inc. and looking forward opportunities and challenges at the first of its kind Small Modular Nuclear Reactor Project in the Northern America.
