I\'m Intellectual Property Counsel responsible for SAP & ANZ region at Carrier Corporation. In my current Global leadership and innovation role it\'s exciting and fulfilling to work on Innovations that meets some of the most unique and exciting global challenges in heating, air conditioning and refrigeration industry. I undertake Research and Development risk mitigation by strategizing on the claim scope creating an imaginary boundary around the invention, characterizing novelty and inventive merit of the invention, and formulate patent strategies as a benchmark to evaluate the degree of trespassing in case of infringement globally.I love to dig into Client’s business and formulate IP strategy and generate insights for new technologies and programs critical to Engineering and the Business. It’s enriching to help Company connect the dots, innovate faster, and bring superior products to market and ensure complete IP due diligence for a remarkably swift launch. Additionally, I love applying my experience on IP portfolio assessment in technology transfer during Mergers & Acquisition and exploring channel for diversification of business, reducing cost of operation for reaching high growth and success.I educate, align, and meditate to help me focus on making critical and high-quality decisions.
