I work across Linux, Windows, and AIX environments, delivering end‑to‑end technical support with strong expertise in database behavior analysis, performance troubleshooting, and application integrations.In my role at Rocket Software, I support a wide range of U2 tools including MVIS, U2PY/UOPY, U2 ODBC, SSL Tools, U2 Clients & APIs, XAdmin (DB Tool), and MVVS (MV BASIC for VS Code). I reproduce complex customer issues, perform deep technical analysis, collaborate closely with the Development team, raise clear and detailed bug on Jira, and validate engineering fixes through regression testing and patch verification.I bring hands on experience with Linux, Windows, and AIX (basic), along with Python and Shell scripting, REST APIs, Docker, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow and JIRA. I work with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, and use strong log analysis and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly. I am ITIL Foundation certified and an AWS Cloud Practitioner, and I always maintain a customer-first approach through clear communication, proper documentation, and reliable issue resolution.I am passionate about continuous learning, improving product stability, and growing into advanced technical domains.
