Maintain statutory books of accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and oversee intercompany reconciliations, ensuring adherence to timelines and accuracy standards.• Prepare and manage financial statements, including trial balances, profit & loss accounts, aging reports for payables/receivables.• Ensure compliance with Ind AS and applicable accounting standards in all bookkeeping and accounting processes.• Oversee the audit process, addressing audit risks and technical accounting matters proactively.• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, ensuring alignment with OYO management on key financial matters and resolving queries efficiently.• Ensure timely fulfillment of statutory obligations, including tax return filings, GST returns, and financial submissions to regulatory authorities, with support from the tax and legal teams.
