Mohit Agarwal serves as the Operational Excellence Lead at Optum, bringing over nine years of experience with the organization. In his current role, he leads Operational Excellence initiatives across Claims and Contact Center capabilities spanning both UHC and Optum. Mohit heads a team of Master Black Belts and Black Belts focused on driving strategic transformation programs aligned with key organizational priorities such as Affordable Healthcare and Consumer Experience. He is an alumnus of Optum’s Leadership Excellence and Acceleration Program (LEAP) and is currently part of the UnitedHealth Group\'s NextGen leadership program. Prior to joining Optum, Mohit was with Genpact, where he led Lean Digital Transformation efforts for a global conglomerate. He brings deep expertise in fostering collaboration and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement to deliver impactful transformation outcomes.
