Possible summary: As a Senior Executive at Biocon Biologics, I am responsible for the quality management system of the Quality Control Department, specialized in biosimilar medicines such as monoclonal antibodies. I also initiate and review global change control and CAPA related QMS processes and documents, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. I am also a Masters Research Scholar at NIPER S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali in the Department of Medicinal Chemistry, where I am expanding my knowledge on the drug discovery and drug design process. I am actively involved in research about C-H bond activation and anticancer agents using scaffold hopping strategies, under the guidance of Dr. Sankar K. Guchhait, Associate Professor at NIPER.
