Mohini has a long-standing career as a sustainability professional with deep expertise in business transformation and culture change to help global companies evolve as purpose-led businesses and seize the potential financial and nonfinancial benefits related to corporate sustainability.She is currently the Responsible Business and Social Value Lead for Accenture UK and Ireland, working in collaboration with business groups to embed social and environmental sustainability into the DNA of the company’s operations and client work.Mohini has unique insights and experience about what companies are doing to make the necessary improvements to ensure that the way business is done on a day-to-day basis is in alignment with the overall purpose of the organisation and drives meaningful and measurable impact. In her career, Mohini has designed and scaled a number of ‘tech for good’ programmes to enable hundreds of thousands of people to build skills to improve their economic empowerment. This included Accenture’s Digital Skills Programme which has reached over people to date. Mohini’s prior roles have included: Head of Social Impact for Accenture U.K, Global Force for Good Lead at JPMorgan, Responsible Business Lead at Accenture U.K. She is passionate about equal rights and diversity, tackling climate change, and innovating through technology. As such, Mohini has also played advisory roles to various grassroots charities in the UK and beyond.
