Developing compelling and interactive analysis reports and dashboards for performance evaluation of professionals using DAX. Converting all operational Excel reports into Power BI reports. Database Maintenance: Developed and maintains databases within (R & BP). Helped teams in managing data which helped them access information easily. E.g. Team utilization database, which keeps the records of team’s productivity and hours utilized. It helps managers pull metrics reports and individual utilization reports. Process Automation: Created ~30 process automation macros using Excel VBA for Risk and Brand Protection (R & BP) service line. We were able to achieve approximately 60% improvement in efficiency.
