A recent Financial Economics graduate from the University of Westminster with over three years’ experience across retail, including roles at GANT, Castore, and currently at Belstaff.My time working on the shop floor has given me a clear, practical understanding of how retail operates at ground level — from customer behaviour and sales performance to stock flow and visual standards. I’ve developed a strong awareness of what drives both customer experience and commercial outcomes, particularly within premium and performance-led environments.Having recently graduated, I’m now looking to transition into a head office role within a luxury retail brand, where I can move into a more operational and commercially focused position. I’m particularly interested in areas such as merchandising, buying, and retail operations, where I can apply both my academic background and front-line experience in a more strategic setting.I bring a reliable, considered approach to my work, along with a genuine interest in how strong retail brands operate, grow, and maintain their position in a competitive market.
