Leading MEP Design Team for Multiple Airports (Jaipur Airport, Ahmedabad Airport, etc) from Designing of Master Planning, Terminal Building, Utilities & Facilities.Leading MEP Design Team which includes cost estimation, evaluation and optimization of the MEP engineering works including coordination with consultants, reviewing options and proposing cost effective alternativesPreparing / Reviewing of design briefs, scope of work for the consultants and present to the management for review and approval.Leading and guiding the designs for maximum efficiency with optimum cost. Studying and analyzing the infrastructure plan including for water, power, drainage, SWM, ICT and coordinate its integration with the proposed designs.Preparing / Reviewing the demand projections and develop / review the design basis reports for all MEPF designsLeading the development of Detail MEPF Engineering Plans, Phasing, coordinated GFC packages for all services, cost estimation and optimization.Leading the coordination and manage the deliverables from the MEPF consultantsOverseeing the design development and execution of the project with the teams including pre-construction, construction and post construction phases and act decisively should the project run into delay Supervising, monitoring and taking clear, decisive and proactive action when required during the execution of the Works during construction and Post Construction Phases in accordance with the Contract Making sure that contractor\'s MEPF shop drawing has been reviewed and approved by relevant parties and kept up to date.Managing MEPF works change requests, verifying that changes are in line with specifications and authorities\' requirements, and maintain record.
