Responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance for all production equipment in primary and secondary areas, according to GMPs, SOPs and safety requirement.• Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.• Responsible for installing, dismantling, repairing, reassembling the production equipment such as parts, change-over/ set-up of the equipment.• Participate preventative maintenance procedures on production equipment on regular basis, such as inspection of conveyor belt, heat seal, filter replacing etc.• Preparing, organizing, and advising on ordering spare parts as well as new parts as needed to maintain inventory.• Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions.• Participate in adjusting machinery and repair or replace defective parts.• Lead and participate in process-improvement and SMED initiatives to ensure output targets.• Regularly inspect production equipment in accordance with health and safety procedures.• Clean, lubricate and perform other routine work on production machinery.• Works strictly in compliance with all health & safety, incident checklist, Quality, and customer complaint investigations.• Communicates with the production team and maintains a clean work area.• Perform related computer tasks using SAP, LMS.• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
