This role allowed me to apply my academic background in Arabic and build specialized experience in language-focused digital content.Before that, I worked as a Customer Care Executive – Operations for a UAE-based process, where I handled both inbound and outbound communications. This role enhanced my customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.With a degree in Arabic Language and Literature from Jamia Millia Islamia, along with an Advanced Diploma in Modern Arabic from the University of Delhi, I bring strong linguistic capabilities and cultural insight.
