Handling shifts quality operations for the compliances of products manufactured in shift- Quality Assurance, Inspection and Testing for Tata Tea products like Tata tea Agni, Tata tea Gold & Tata tea Premium- Ensure Online QA checks, RM/PM analysis compliance, FG analysis from inhouse and external labs and its compliances- Ensure the testing compliances for RM/PM and FG and timely release from SAP- Set up food testing lab and manage the same for all products- Work on the market feedback, product improvements, new variants and ensuring that the product is in compliance with the prevailing regulatory requirements- Ensuring all Tata Tea products comply with the quality and regulatory requirements- Comply TCPL requirements during arrival and dispatch of RM, PM, and FG. Accept or reject the RM, PM as per the company specifications- Ensure FSSAI compliance such as schedule IV requirement, assessment checklist and facing external audits like FSSC V5.1, value assessment audit for facility- Drive food safety at the locations and conducting internal audits on FSSAI schedule VI, GMP, and food safety- Monitor and control the day-to-day quality operation. Focus on production issues related to quality operation and take a follow up for resolution- Monitor the quality and process parameters day to day basis and analyze the data, identify the deviations, and take corrective action to avoid deviation- Responsible for data compilation, analysis and generate various reports related to quality- Analyze the Customer Complaints for the location, conduct RCA and propose and implement CAPA to avoid no further complaint- Comply TCPL Quality and food safety requirements in the location and comply the regulatory requirements- Conduct market product analysis and market quality study at local market- Conduct supplier audits- Conduct new product trails, packaging material trials and share results and issues to concern team.
