ABOUT MOHD SUHAIL

I was born in Delhi, Delhi and grew up with my 2 younger brothers and started working from the age of 13 to support my family and my further Education. I got the 4th rank in class 9th standard, which make me more serious about my education. After that, I was rewarded in 12th standard as a zonal (Central Delhi Cluster) best performer in Political Science Subject in 2009. I have done my Graduation from Delhi University, Post-Graduation from IGNOU university and Diploma in Public Policy from Vision India Foundation. My passion was always in dancing and could not afford the dance lessons but in college, I got the opportunity to involve in Art & Culture Society and learn dance a little bit. In 2010, I started working as a Community Mobilizer and continue my contribution from last 12 years in the social development sector by intervening in different areas to explore my strength like Skill Development, Fundraising, Research, Livelihood, Education, Woman & Child Development. During my professional journey, I am able to developed my multiple skills like Marketing, Fundraising, Project Management, People Management, People Development, Learning & Development and some parts of the technology like MS Office, Data Analysis and Dashboard Development. Also, I was rewarded by Asia Pacific Region Head for the Good Work in Youth Career Initiative and Got the 1st rank in 2014 & 2nd rank in 2013 as a Best Fundraiser in ActionAid. Currently, I am working as a Program Manager in Kaivalya Education Foundation and look after the Gandhi Fellowship Processes and State Project Implementation part in 6 districts of Odisha. Apart of this, I am a social entrepreneur and trying to impact on environmental issues through my organisation waste management solution.
