My role involves drafting and supporting a wide range of agreements, including inter-company loans, OCDs, MOUs, consulting agreements, EPC & O&M amendments, secondment arrangements, and organizational contracts, while ensuring strong governance and statutory compliance across projects.I have been actively involved in preparing project and operational contracts relating to asset management, development, logistics, site licensing, and vehicle arrangements, with a focus on enabling smooth commercial operations in infrastructure-driven businesses. My work also includes drafting NDAs, compliance documentation, and regulatory-facing agreements aligned with applicable laws and internal controls.My legal foundation is further strengthened through internships at leading law firms and chambers, including Phoenix Legal, Lead Law, Karanjawala & Co, and under Senior Advocate Sidharth Luthra. During these roles, I gained exposure to corporate transactions, arbitration, infrastructure projects, financial regulations, constitutional matters, and economic offences, along with extensive legal research under statutes such as FEMA, PMLA, IT Act, GST laws, and sectoral regulations.
