Responsibilities: • Daily initial meetings with onsite account manager and finding about the priorities for the day.• Handling Onsite information technology recruitment business process.• Interacted with Information Technology Managers, Directors and VP’s to learn more about their technology infrastructure and to identify any potential critical resource needs.• Prepare a detailed requirement for the Recruiters which will help them sourcing the Best Resumes available in market. • Driving the Team to Source the number of resumes by the Promised time to the Client.• Evaluation of resumes and searching the suitable profiles in job boards like Monster, and dice. • Monitoring the submissions and make sure all submissions meets the Resource managers.• Requirement allocation, monitoring the progress, giving reporting regarding performance of the recruiters to the onsite management.• Assisting in recruitment process for people new to the company and freshers.• Involved in salary negotiations and to ensure delivery of consultants confirmed on projects.• Maintain good relationship with clients and vendors for potential recruiting.• Tracking the submission status and following up with interviews and feedback
