Leading multi-domain Planning teams to upgrade the network based on market dynamics to accommodate the surge in voice and data demand without impacting the TRAI/Network KPIs. Manage OEM vendor relationships and be responsible for day-to-day operations and monitor vendor performance for SLA compliance, Identify process improvement opportunities within current workflows, and support vendor in ongoing activities, monthly KPI sign off planning of resource staffing, training and certification and tools access.
